Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock and will be shipped at a later date once it becomes available.
Payment
Payment for pre-orders may be taken in full at checkout or authorized and captured at a later date prior to shipping. By placing a pre-order, you agree that your payment method may be charged accordingly.
Estimated Shipping
All pre-order items include an estimated shipping date. Please note that these dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to production or supply delays. We will inform you of any significant updates regarding your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has been shipped.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product after receiving it, you may do so in accordance with our return policy.
