Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the shipping method and your location. Free shipping is offered for orders over €50. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.


3. Delivery Times

Our delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Within Belgium: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Neighboring countries (Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, etc.): Delivery within 3-7 business days.

     

  • Please note that delivery times are indicative and delays may occur due to external factors such as postal services, holidays, or customs procedures.


4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and other EU countries

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Incorrect addresses: INNOIR is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If a package needs to be resent due to an address error, additional costs may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged packages: Check your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours via Returns@innoir.be with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost packages: If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate.


7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders: Customs and import duties may apply. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Cancellations and Changes

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placing it.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
