INNOIR Return Policy

At INNOIR, we uphold a professional and customer-oriented return policy to ensure a premium experience for all our customers. Please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines.


Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged, used, or incomplete items will be rejected.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the invoice or valid proof of purchase is mandatory for every return request.

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request:
    Contact us at returns@innoir.be to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Approval and Confirmation:
    Once approved, you will receive confirmation and the return address. The customer is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label and arranging the shipment.
  3. Shipping:
    The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the associated shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Use a trackable shipping method as INNOIR is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards and sale items.
  • Personal care and beauty products.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, report it within 72 hours to support@innoir.be. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receiving their order. Items returned under this right must comply with the general return conditions outlined above.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified about the status of your request.
  • Reimbursement: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Delays: If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact us at Returns@innoir.be.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., washed or worn items) will be refused and sent back to the customer at their own expense.

  • INNOIR reserves the right to decline return requests that violate these terms or our policy.
